The general objective is to advance Guyana's safe, efficient, and climate-resilient road and associated infrastructure.

The purpose of this service is to design indicators that demonstrate the social and economic impacts of the MRP, design a survey that collects the data required for the estimation of the indicators, conduct data collection in Regions 2 and 6 (this includes the construction of the sample and field execution of the survey), write a technical report about the work carried out for the consultancy and about the main findings shown by the data. 

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) intends to contract consulting services to design a Monitoring and Evaluation (M&E) Unit for the Ministry of Human Services and Social Security.
