Description
The purpose of this service is to design indicators that demonstrate the social and economic impacts of the MRP, design a survey that collects the data required for the estimation of the indicators, conduct data collection in Regions 2 and 6 (this includes the construction of the sample and field execution of the survey), write a technical report about the work carried out for the consultancy and about the main findings shown by the data.
The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) is executing the above mentioned operation. For this operation, the IDB intends to contract consulting services. Expressions of interest must be delivered using the IDB Portal for Bank Executed Operations (http://beo- procurement.iadb.org/home) by: November 24, 2023, 5:00 P.M. (Washington D.C. Time).
The consulting services include designing indicators that demonstrate the social and economic impacts on individuals' lives of the MRP. The Consultant must design a sampling framework and collect data using the designed survey instrument to show the effectiveness of the designed indicators (and, therefore, the survey instrument). The timeframe for the performance of such services is until the second quarter of 2024.
