is the first network of organizations for gender equality, diversity and inclusion, REDEGi Chile. This initiative brought together the main and most relevant public, private, academic and civil society organizations to work collaboratively and boost different practices with the purpose of reducing inequality gaps in labor matters. Main achievements: • 4 years of network management • More than 24 bi-monthly, multi-actor and multi-sector panels * Weekly webinars at @Redeqgenero Facebook LIve • More than 90 practical cases addressed in the seminars, on the main issues of gender equality, diversity and inclusion. • Participation of more than 200 companies attending REDEG activities. • Participation of more than 1,200 senior executives, managers of human resources, CSR, diversity and sustainability. • Training of a multidisciplinary staff of experts in organization and management. Woman's Leadership Development Programm at Masculine Industries (mining, Energy, Finance, Construction and others)
