Le ofrecemos los siguientes servicios: • Venta de todo tipo de basculas y sistemas de pesaje para cualquier aplicación, solo las mejores marcas a nivel mundial (OHAUS, RICE LAKE, AVERY WEIGHTRONIX, DILLON, SALTER BRECKNELL, ETC). • Venta de balanzas de precisión y equipo para laboratorio. • Mantenimiento correctivo y preventivo. • Conversión de sistemas de pesaje mecánicos a electrónicos. • Automatización de equipos y sistemas de pesaje. • Diseño de sistemas de pesaje de acuerdo con sus necesidades. • Calibración y Verificación Oficial por medio de Laboratorios Acreditados. Trabajamos en conjunto con laboratorios con fines de certificación de producto o servicios en base a la NOM-010-SCFI-1994. LABORATORIOS DE CALIBRACIÓN (ACREDITADOS ANTE LA EMA Y APROBADOS POR LA DGN) • Calibración de sistemas de pesaje en sitio, con una capacidad máxima desde 5g hasta 200,000 kg empleando los métodos de comparación directa contra patrones y comparación directa empleando cargas de sustitución. (Pruebas de calibración las cuales consisten en determinar que contribución de incertidumbre tiene su equipo en sus pesadas. Se proporcionará un informe que muestre los resultados de las pruebas en cada punto de carga de su sistema de pesaje, así como una calcomanía del instrumento calibrado). VERIFICACION OFICIAL A BASCULAS (Unidad de Verificación Acredita, HOLOGRAMA DE PROFECO) La verificación consiste en la comprobación a través de procedimientos que las características metrológicas y de operación de la bascula están dentro de las tolerancias permitidas para la Norma Oficial Mexicana NOM-010-SCFI-1994. Se realizan pruebas como repetibilidad, excentricidad, linealidad, regreso a cero y exactitud. Una vez realizado este servicio en caso de que las pruebas sean correctas se hace entrega de: • Dictamen de verificación reconocido por autoridades competentes. • Holograma autorizado por PROFECO. • Calcomanía empresarial de la UVA.
