Consulting Service for the Evolution of the Level 4 Base Transaction Manager to act as a Level 4 Base Central System – SCBN4 with Compensation functionality

Within the framework of the Loan Agreement signed on September 12, 2018 by the Government of the Republic of Peru and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Executing Unit 118 Improvement of the Quality of Basic and Higher Education, through the PMESUT intends to use part of the funds to finance this contract

The IDB intends to contract consulting services to assess SMEs decarbonization transition readiness in LAC 

The Republic of Peru signed a Loan Agreement with the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to finance the investment project "Improvement of Public Investment Management", whose objective is the "Improvement of public investment management for the effective provision of services and the provision of priority infrastructure”.

Within the framework of the aforementioned investment project, interested parties are invited to submit an expression of interest, to develop the following Firm Consulting service through the Selection Based on Consultant Qualifications (SCC) method: “DEVELOPMENT OF TOOLS FOR THE FOLLOW-UP AND MONITORING OF INVESTMENTS AND RISK MANAGEMENT IN THE FOUR PHASES OF THE INVESTMENT CYCLE”.
