Within the framework of the Loan Agreement signed on September 12, 2018 by the Government of the Republic of Peru and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), the Executing Unit 118 Improvement of the Quality of Basic and Higher Education, through the PMESUT intends to use part of the financing funds to contract the following services:
