Kawa is a Costa Rican cacao company specialized in the production of premium clean-label chocolate and cacao products for international markets. Our mission is to create innovative cacao products that combine high-quality ingredients, sustainability, traceability, and authentic origin. Kawa was formally established in 2021, building on more than seven years of experience in cacao production, formulation, and product development. Over the years, the company has continuously strengthened its production capabilities, export processes, and quality consistency for international markets. Kawa aims to position Costa Rican cacao as an innovative premium product category while promoting sustainable cacao utilization through the use of cacao fruit pulp as a natural sweetener.
