Consulting services are required for the analysis and systematization of base information for the formulation of Public Policy for Development and Border Integration within the framework of Law 2135 of 2021 and Law 2294 of 2023, by which the National Development Plan 2022-2026  “Colombia, world power of life", is issued. 

Consulting services will be hired to implement, throughout Colombia, a tool for measuring the current state of access and use of ICT in the Health sector. At the same time, it is intended that this consultancy will make it possible to provide recommendations for the future design of a mechanism that allows the updating and collection of information periodically, minimizing the operational burden on the Territorial Entities.

The objective of this consultancy is to analyze the inclusion of green citizenship in policies, curricula, teaching and learning materials, teacher training strategies and/or learning tests, and provide specific recommendations on how to enhance the learning of these skills through their inclusion in the same in different countries of the region, taking as reference the existing literature and success stories in the world.

The Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) has financed through the loan 4929/OC-CO the "Support Program for the Diversification and Internationalization of the Colombian Economy", to be executed by the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Tourism. For the development of this project, a Comprehensive Audit Service (technical, administrative, financial, legal) is needed for the co-financing contracts of the co-financed projects as a result of the call made by Colombia Productiva within the framework of the aforementioned project.
