Innovation & Development, S.A. de C.V., commercially known as I&D Consulting, is a Salvadoran company composed of professionals with extensive experience in project management in the areas of institutional capacity building, public sector and justice sector reform and strengthening, institutional transformation, state modernization, and economic and social development at both national and regional levels. The partners of I&D Consulting have demonstrated and verifiable experience in the formulation, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of public policies in the areas of justice, governance, economic growth, territorial planning, urban development, and environmental management (including climate change), as well as in the management of social development programs focused on the planning and implementation of governmental and judicial management models aimed at improving the efficiency and transparency of public services. Technical assistance provided by the company includes the design and implementation of management models and systems, process reengineering, software design and development, as well as coordination among public institutions. Our experience also includes improving administrative processes, including those related to the management of judicial and administrative procedures within autonomous institutions, ministries, and municipal organizations. The company has more than a decade of experience providing technical assistance to public institutions throughout Central America in strengthening the capacities of technical teams within local and national governments. Institutions that have benefited from these capacity-building programs include the Institute for Access to Public Information (IAIP), the Government Ethics Tribunal (TEG), the Court of Accounts (CCR), the Public Defender’s Office (PGR), the Attorney General’s Office (FGR), the Salvadoran Institute for Municipal Development (ISDEM), the Ministry of Public Works and Transportation (MOPT), the Technical Executive Unit of the Justice Sector (UTE), the Ministry of Environment and Natural Resources (MARN), the Interinstitutional Anti-Corruption Working Group (GTIAC), OPAMSS, the Salvadoran Institute for the Comprehensive Development of Children and Adolescents (ISNA), the National School of Public Administration (ENAFOP), municipalities, civil society organizations, the Judicial Branch of Guatemala, and the Judicial Branch of Panama, among others. Experience in Virtual Training Processes As part of its service portfolio and commitment to innovation, I&D Consulting has integrated the installation and maintenance of Learning Management Systems (LMS) and the production of audiovisual and interactive digital content for online training. The company operates its own virtual learning platform under the service brand IdeaAula, dedicated to the development of customized online educational solutions adaptable to diverse audiences and institutional platforms. Examples include the development of more than thirteen virtual training programs under the USAID Pro-Public Integrity Project, online courses for the IAIP and TEG, anti-corruption training programs, the first online induction course for public servants at ENAFOP, virtual modules for prosecutorial training, and multiple digital education initiatives for public officials and citizens. The company has also implemented LMS platforms and virtual training programs for organizations such as FUNDASAL, COAMSS-OPAMSS, the Procuraduría para la Defensa de los Derechos Humanos, and the Procuraduría General de la República, FONAT, UNIVO among others.
