Stakeholders are groups or individuals that may be impacted positively or negatively by the project or project results. The management of stakeholders is crucial to the success of development projects. The process of identifying stakeholders and defining their levels of interest and influence in the project is the point of departure for developing strategies intended to achieve the necessary support from key stakeholders, thus enabling project success. Depending on project type, stakeholders may vary both in number and level of influence and interest. 

In this webinar, you will learn to build strong relationships that support the achievement of the project objectives.

At the end of the activity, participants will be able to understand how to identify and categorize key stakeholders.
