I help project managers and project teams, working in development organizations, build the skills they need to successfully plan, implement and monitor development projects. I am a Professional Project Manager with more than 25 years of experience in project management consultancy, training and coaching in the development sector. I have trained development workers in more than 25 countries, and have been the author of four project management books. I hold International certifications as Project Management Professional (PMI), Stanford Certified Project Manager (SCPM) and a certificate from Cornell in Project Leadership.
