in 1949 Monthelado obtained the municipal authorization to manufacture ice cream vWith the economic opening of the 90s, the company experienced an unprecedented shift by acquiring machines, starting industrial-scale production and ice cream. In short, the seal BRC (British Retail Consurtium) is an essential step in the strategy of the organization which has as its cornerstone "consumer care with certified quality distinction in the national and international market."
