Brief Introduction “Cover my back and I will do the same”. Chinese society is driven by its own particularities. Example of these particularities is the Guanxi (关系) concept. Guaxi (关系) is the basic dynamic element that influence Chinese society, including all personalized business environments. Hence, understanding the concept and the consequences therein derived are essential to understand the dynamics underlying Chinese society. Our interdisciplinary formation and knowledge of the Chinese culture, market and society, allow us to deeply understand its own particularities in ways yet unknown by Latin American businessmen. Characteristics that are known to be essential for trading any economic based relations. Our true understanding of Guanxi helps us build long lasting relations between our clients and Chinese businessmen based on cooperation, support and mutual benefit. Thanks to our multidisciplinary team and their understanding of Chinese culture, we can offer wide range of services aimed at solving the difficulties that businessmen around the world face when dealing with their Chinese counterparts. Years of experience related to international business has lead us to realized the growing interest of Latin America’s entrepreneurs to benefit from the expanding Chinese market. Aware of the challenges that derived from entering into such an ambitious project, and knowing all cultural, language and market barriers, we have designed CATALYT Entry®.
