C) CONSEGUIR POR INTERMEDIO DEL GOBIERNO EN TODAS SUS RAMAS UNA COMPENETRACIÓN ACORDE CON LAS NECESIDADES DE LOS ASOCIADOS A FIN DE HACER VIABLE LAS LEYES QUE LOS FAVORECE. D) PROCURAR LA VINCULACIÓN EN TODOS LOS PROGRAMAS DE ENTIDADES DE CARÁCTER OFICIAL Y PRIVADAS EN LA ORGANIZACIÓN, ACCESORIA Y EJECUCIÓN DEL PROGRAMA DE VIVIENDA DE INTERÉS SOCIAL. E) UNA VEZ CONSEGUIDA LA PERSONERÍA JURÍDICA BUSCAR POR TODOS LOS MEDIOS Y VÍAS LEGALES Y POR ESFUERZO PERSONAL LA ADQUISICIÓN DE UN LOTE PARA LOS ASOCIADOS QUE LOS OBTENGAN CON UNA CUOTA INICIAL Y LUEGO SUSCRIBIR UN CRÉDITO PARA LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE LA VIVIENDA PAGADERA EN CUOTAS MENSUALES. F) COORDINAR LOS TRABAJOS CON ENTIDADES OFICIALES, TERRITORIALES Y NACIONALES O PARTICULARES DEDICADAS A LA CONSTRUCCIÓN DE VIVIENDA DE INTERÉS SOCIAL. G) ADQUIRIR ELEMENTOS DE TRABAJO Y DEMÁS OBJETOS NECESARIOS PARA LA BUENA MARCHA DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN. H) CREAR Y FOMENTAR EL ESPÍRITU DEL AHORRO, LA ADHESIÓN ABIERTA Y VOLUNTARIA, LA COOPERACIÓN ENTRE LOS ASOCIADOS Y LA DISCIPLINA. I) PROCURAR EL ESTABLECIMIENTO DE ÓRGANOS DE COMUNICACIÓN O PUBLICIDAD, CUANDO LAS CIRCUNSTANCIAS LO PERMITAN, EXPRESAR POR TAL CONDUCTO LOS IDEALES Y PROBLEMAS DE LA ORGANIZACIÓN PUBLICA DE VIVIENDA ESPECIALMENTE PARA LA FINALIDAD CENTRAL, DE CONSEGUIR EL PLAN DE VIVIENDA. J) LA ORGANIZACIÓN DE VIVIENDA SERÁ TOTALMENTE APOLÍTICA Y NO PODRÁ DEFINIRSE POR NINGÚN PARTIDO POLÍTICO O CREDO RELIGIOSO, SU OBJETIVO ES EL BIEN COMÚN DE TODOS SUS AF
