Contactus provides innovative solutions on information systems and technology (IS/IT), with a large background regarding the development of software for the public sector management, especially in the Human Resources field, and management on a wide range of IT technical infrastructures. We intend to develop our business through geographic expansion of operations to areas where the growing complexity of management systems demands the use of quality software. Our personnel have large experience in IS/IT development projects and are recognized as certified experts on database management and software development tools. We have 4 employees working in business support processes and 16 IS consultants. Contactus has managed so far more than 120 projects related to the development of information systems in Oracle technology, with implementation in clients like the Portuguese Ministry of Finance, Ministry of Justice, Ministry of Internal Administration, as well as in several public institutes and private companies. Some of the main projects are decision support systems fully interoperable with existent systems, allowing real-time set-up of ad-hoc reports in a versatile way based on information already in the system. In order to improve our capacity for innovation we partner with entities belonging to the National Scientific and Technological System, namely the Faculty of Sciences and the Institute of Economics and Management, University of Lisbon. Other important milestones include the creation of a system to manage the Budget, Treasury and Public Accounting as well as the State's human resources for the Government of São Tomé e Príncipe; the implementation of the Oracle Peoplesoft HCM Payroll in a multinational company; and the descentralization of human resources management systems in several clients of the public sector.
