La Sociedad podrá garantizar obligaciones de terceros previa autorización de su Junta Directiva. En desarrollo de dicho objeto principal la sociedad podrá adquirir, enajenar, gravar y administrar toda clase de bienes, intervenir como deudora o acreedora de toda clase de operaciones de crédito dando o recibiendo las garantías del caso, cuando haya lugar a ellas; podrá celebrar con establecimientos de crédito y con compañías aseguradoras, todas las operaciones que se relacionen con los negocios y bienes sociales; podrá girar, aceptar, endosar, asegurar, cobrar y negociar en general, títulos valores y cualquier otra clase de títulos; podrá celebrar contratos estatales con entidades públicas de todos los órdenes, así como suscribir contratos estatales en cualquiera de las modalidades de selección del contratista; podrá celebrar todo tipo de contratos comerciales y laborales para el desarrollo de las actividades sociales, podrá prestar servicios educativos y realizar capacitaciones concernientes con las actividades sociales; podrá formar parte de otras sociedades y realizar alianzas estratégicas con empresas que tengan como objeto actividades semejantes, complementarias o accesorias de este objeto social, lo mismo que fusionarse con ellas, absorberlas o ser absorbida por ellas; podrá celebrar y ejecutar, en general, todos los contratos y actos preparatorios complementarios y accesorios de los anteriores, todo en cuanto esté directamente relacionado con el objeto social y para propiciar su cabal desarrollo. Así mismo, podrá realizar cualquier otra actividad económica lícita tanto en Colombia como en el extranjero. La sociedad podrá llevar a cabo, en general, todas las operaciones, de cualquier naturaleza que ellas fueren, relacionadas con el objeto mencionado, así como cualesquiera actividades similares, conexas o complementarias o que permitan facilitar o desarrollar el comercio o la industria de la sociedad.
