Trufas del Nuevo Mundo fue fundada en el año 2011, por un equipo de emprendedores argentinos motivados por la pasión por la trufa negra (Tuber melanosporum vitt.) y dedicados a brindar una trufa de calidad de reconocimiento mundial. El campo de 50 Ha ubicado a pocos kilómetros del pueblo de Espartillar y en las cercanías de Sierra de la Ventana, provincia de Buenos Aires, tiene un suelo con un pH específico con estructura, textura adecuada y calidad calcárea ideal para el cultivo de trufas negras. Desde el año 2020 exportamos trufa negra argentina a las ciudades más importantes de Europa y Estados Unidos. Buscamos seguir ampliando nuestro clientes internacionales generando relaciones a largo plazo, entregando nuestro tesoro en manos responsables y confiables. Las primeras trufas fueron descubiertas el 4 de Agosto de 2016, gracias al olfato y habilidad de Tina. La primera trufa alcanzó un peso de 69 gramos y la segunda 236 gramos. Fue un momento majestuoso, que dejó una sensación mágica al desenterrar nuestras primeras trufas como si fueran un tesoro escondido por años. Ahora la espera es más corta. Año tras año nos preparamos para recolectar las mejores trufas, que crecen debajo de las raíces de los más de 20 mil arboles que albergamos en nuestro campo.
