La Cámara Agorindustrial de Tandil es el órgano que concentra diferentes unidades de participación empresarial de la ciudad de Tandil, provincia de Buenos Aires. Una de ellas es la Asociación Civil Cluster Quesero de Tandil, que está constituido por un conjunto de productores, pymes, instituciones y organismos de asistencia vinculados a la producción de quesos en la zona comprendida por los partidos de Ayacucho, Benito Juárez, Rauch y Tandil. Trabajamos de manera articulada con el fin de promover el desarrollo competitivo de los quesos de la región. Entre todos estamos definiendo un plan estratégico y la implementación de acciones específicas que permitan a las empresas enfrentar las limitantes para el crecimiento del sector y encarar los futuros desafíos del mercado nacional e internacional. Buscamos promover estrategias conjuntas basadas en el agregado de valor, potenciando el desarrollo regional y la generación de empleo. Nuestro objetivo es consolidar a nivel nacional el liderazgo en la elaboración de quesos diferenciados y de alto valor, sustentados en la calidad y la tradición.
