Nos encontramos en el kilómetro 205, a orilla de la nueva carretera CA-5 Potrerillos Cortés, a 35 minutos hacia el sur de la ciudad de San Pedro Sula. Uno de los mayores retos es que en el lugar no recurso humano con perfil adecuado para desempeñar funciones por lo que hemos diseñado un programa que ayuda a elevar el perfil de los colaboradores dando como resultado menor rotación de personal: mujeres que no saben leer pero que tienen potencial e interés se les está enseñando a leer, madres solteras se les apoya con la educación de sus hijos, por el tipo de comunidad retirada normalmente las mujeres han sufrido de violencia intrafamiliar por lo que se les involucra a capacitaciónes relacionadas al tema emocional. Actualmente, estamos con el plan de diseñar un complejo turístico, que consiste en hotel, áreas para eventos y zonas de entretenimiento para la familia. Contamos con 9 colaboradores fijos, de los cuales 6 son mujeres y 3 varones...Además contamos con 15 colaboradores temporales....siendo en total 24 colaboradores (11 varones, 13 mujeres) En su mayoría los jefes de áreas son mujeres Gerente de Operaciones....mujer Jefe de cocina...mujer Jefe de taller de alimentos...mujer Jefe de servicio al cliente....mujer Responsable de eventos...mujer Mantenimiento....varón Gerente General...varon
