Gobierno corporativo. En esta dimensi�n se contemplan las siguientes actividades de beneficio e inter�s colectivo: 2.1. Crean un manual para sus expectativas de la sociedad. empleados, con el fin de consignar los valores y 2.2. Expanden la diversidad en la composici�n de las juntas directivas, equipo directivo, ejecutivo y proveedores, con el fin de incluir en ellos personas pertenecientes a distintas culturas, minor�as �tnicas, creencias religiosas diversas, con distintas orientaciones sexuales, capacidades f�sicas heterog�neas y diversidad de g�nero. 2.3. Divulgan ante sus trabajadores los estados financieros de la sociedad. 2.4. Expresan la misi�n de la sociedad en los diversos documentos de la empresa. 3. Pr�cticas laborales. En esta dimensi�n se contemplan las siguientes actividades de beneficio e inter�s colectivo: 3.1. Establecen una remuneraci�n salarial razonable para sus trabajadores y analizan las diferencias salariales entre sus empleados mejor y peor remunerados para establecer est�ndares de equidad. 3.2. Establecen subsidios para capacitar y desarrollar profesionalmente a sus trabajadores y ofrecen programas de reorientaci�n profesional a los empleados a los que se les ha dado por terminado su contrato de trabajo. 3.3. Crean opciones para que los trabajadores tengan participaci�n en la sociedad, a trav�s de la adquisici�n de acciones. Pr�cticas ambientales. En esta dimensi�n se contemplan las siguientes actividades de beneficio e inter�s colectivo: 4.1. Efect�an, anualmente, auditor�as ambientales sobre eficiencia en uso de energ�a, agua y desechos y divulgan los resultados al p�blico en general y capacitan a sus empleados en la misi�n social y ambiental de la sociedad. 4.2. Supervisan las emisiones de gases invernadero generadas a causa de la actividad empresarial, implementan programas de reciclaje o de reutilizaci�n de desperdicios, aumentan progresivamente las fuentes de energ�a renovable utilizadas por la sociedad y motivan a sus proveedores a realizar sus propias evaluaciones y auditor�as ambientales en relaci�n con el uso de electricidad y agua, generaci�n de desechos, emisiones de gases de efecto invernadero y empleo de energ�as renovables. 4.3. Utilizan sistemas de iluminaci�n energ�ticamente eficientes y otorgan incentivos a los trabajadores por utilizar en su desplazamiento al trabajo, medios de transporte ambientalmente sostenibles. 5. Pr�cticas con la comunidad. En esta dimensi�n se contemplan las siguientes actividades de beneficio e inter�s colectivo: 5.1. Crean opciones de trabajo para la poblaci�n estructuralmente desempleada, tales como los j�venes en situaci�n de riesgo, individuos sin hogar, reinsertados o personas que han salido de la c�rcel. 5.2. Incentivan las actividades de voluntariado y crean alianzas con fundaciones que apoyen obras sociales en inter�s de la comunidad. 5.3. Cualesquiera otras actividades conexas o complementarias o que sirvan para la ejecuci�n de las actividades en beneficio e inter�s colectivo.
