Nuestros cafés se conservan separados por finca hasta el cliente final, con lo cual conservamos el sabor único de cada café y podemos diferenciarlos por su calidad, también, asesoramos a los productores para mejorar el perfil de taza y así poder acceder a mercados más exigentes. Realizamos selección manual de granos defectuosos, articulado con una asociación de mujeres del pueblo, con lo cual generamos empleo para madres cabeza de familia. Hemos realizado algunos envíos a EEUU y Canadá, a la vez que continuamos gestionando clientes en otros países. Actualmente, estamos consolidando nuestra planta de proceso para tener autonomía en el proceso y mejorar la calidad del producto. En tres años de existencia, algunas unidades de nuestro producto han llegado a 20 países, obteniendo muy buenos comentarios. Para el 2023 esperamos comercializar el 50% del café producido en el municipio y fomentar el cultivo de café en fincas que actualmente realizan ganadería extensiva.
