Lead developer and Master Contractor for the project is Dustin Jolley, PE, of OurEnergy (USA) working in cooperation with OSMERand in3 Finance Parters. OSMER and in3 Finance Parters cooperate with local subcontractors for installation for the solar farm including Kuhl Energy (Ghana) and McBill Engineering Ltd (Ghana), both with extensive, larger-scale project development and installation experience.
