Sweco Greentrade is an export liaison between Colombian food producers and the international market. Up until now, Colombian food products have not had the opportunity to be exposed due to the difficulties of the 50 year long civil war, reaching food producers and high quality products. In other words, there has been a significant lack of opportunities for Colombian food producers to market their high quality and special products. This signifies that the main target for Sweco Greentrade is to ensure fair agreements between farmer and buyer, work with high environmental standards, provide a transparent supply-chain, zero-tolerance of corruption and enable relationships between buyers and producers. We only work with fine and high quality food products, regional or national species and producers that can assure us the qualities our clients/we are looking for. We passionately believe that we can change the future for Colombian farmers and associations with the help of the demand of consumers! We represent a wide variety of farmers and associations in a variety of Colombian regions that we have close relationships with, and produce high quality produce with a close link to environmental standards. Majority of farms and associations are organic by nature, and the ones not containing a certification, we are actively helping through this process.
