In order to improve our capacity for innovation we partner with entities belonging to the National Scientific and Technological System, namely the Faculty of Sciences and the Institute of Economics and Management, University of Lisbon. Other important milestones include the creation of a system to manage the Budget, Treasury and Public Accounting as well as the State's human resources for the Government of São Tomé e Príncipe; the implementation of the Oracle Peoplesoft HCM Payroll in a multinational company; and the descentralization of human resources management systems in several clients of the public sector.
