The companies eligible to access these benefits will be selected by the IDB/ConnectAmericas, based on the following criteria:

•  Participants must be part of the Global Services Industry (e.g. BPO, KPO, ITO, and LPO, among others; including direct suppliers of these services, subcontractors, specialized consulting firms, specialized legal firms and other firms directly linked to the industry).
•  Participants must have relevant International Experience on their field or scope of application.
•  Count with industry-specific quality certifications or equivalents.
•  Be a small or medium-sized Enterprise (SME). This will be determined based on annual turnover and / or number of employees.
•  Belong to one of the IDB's borrowing member countries (see list here)

  When and how do I find out if I was selected to receive the benefits?

• In the weeks following your registration, you will receive an email with the status of your application (“Approved or Declined"), depending on the decision made by the Selection Committee (based on the information provided in your registration profile).
• If your company is "Approved", the organizers will contact you to indicate the process to follow, in order to obtain the benefits and participate in the event (starting January 2017).
