Canta Rana Orchard The cultivation, production, processing and marketing of Borojó. Borojó Canta Rana is a boutique orchard near Puerto Berrio, Antioquia, Colombia. It is our home. Canta Rana grows and produces high quality Borojó for national and international markets. We grow the fruit as a part of the rainforest, and produce Borojó powder on-site with a high-tech Vibrasec dehydrator. Borojó is native to the Amazon rainforest by the Pacific coast. It is incredibly hot and humid. And it rains. All the time. Ruben took the seedings from the Amazon to an environment more suitable for him as a human to inhabit in beautiful countryside near Puerto Berrío. It took him seven years to acclimatize the Borojó seedings so they could grow well in a cooler, more mild climate.
