HITOS was created by Juan Francisco Castellanos and Fernando Dada after realizing that there is a gap in organizational development. We work with organizations to co-create systemic solutions designed to provide a more sustainable performance that drives execution capacity as we develop the abilities to evolve organically in order to achieve the proper organizational fitness to strive in the future. We are convinced that, in order to generate long term / high impact business solutions to organizational challenges, it is necessary to involve all stakeholders affected.
