Company description

I first traveled to the country in October in 2021 and immediately fell in love with the warmth of the people and the country itself. Our group couldn’t help but see the opportunity for sustainable growth in this beautiful country. I am an entrepreneur from the United States. I invest in real estate and own a salon in Florida. Upon returning to the United States, I have done extensive research on the country and its stability. I feel El Salvador is a very underrated country that gets unfair criticism and publicity. This criticism is what is also holding back economic growth. For this reason, it seems it causes people to flee to other countries, including the United States, to seek employment and a better life. We could see that these hardworking, wonderful people could use help in a lot of areas. After getting back to the States, our team decided that we wanted to make it our mission to help. We are passionate about helping people and want to help with not only creating jobs for Salvadorans, but also education and health care. We want to help to keep locals in this wonderful country. During our stay we visited the Las Cuatro Ceibas property in San Salvador. My team and I made the decision to purchase the property and convert it into a boutique hotel, bar de tapas, spa and wellness center. Our goal is to have a completely green, eco friendly and upscale property. We will keep it authentic and have it feature different regions of the country in themed rooms. Education is our passion, so we want to educate our visitors of the rich history of this hidden gem of a country and its amazing people. We believe we can help give San Salvador the positive exposure that we feel it should have. We also believe we can create something to bring much needed tourism and even foreign investment. We also would love to provide education to all of our employees (even locals who aren’t employees) and provide healthcare for everyone who works for us. We want to provide well paying jobs that pay above the average market rate, and provide benefits that will help employees in many ways. Our eco initiatives would include solar for energy, green materials, organic gardening, and an aqueduct system that will collect rainwater to provide for the resort. We will host events that will bring in groups from around the globe, for retreats that may not otherwise ever discover the magic of El Salvador. There are 5 of us in this group and we hope to bring in more investors. We will have 50 full time employees. Two of our members moved down to El Salvador at the beginning of this month. They are there to be the boots on the ground as we start up this project. I appreciate you taking the time to read this.
