Inspired by the traditional Brazilian and International food delicacies of the old warehouses, our production focuses on sustainability and fair trade issues. • Is located in Brejal -, a rural area of the Imperial City of Petrópolis, one of the most important Historical Sites of Latin America - the biggest organic food production region in the state of Rio de Janeiro, and now a nationwide reference in these activities. • Situated at an altitude of 1,000 meters above sea level, it is surrounded by native Atlantic Forest and by several fresh water springs, which helps guarantee the quality and the abundance of its products. • Our factory is installed on a 21,000 sq. meters piece of certified organic land, in a valley with breathtaking view of the mountains around Brejal. Its main building measures 400 sq. meters of factory grounds, with up to date sustainability characteristics as, for example, routines and installed devices for the protection of water and energy sources of the region, and is surrounded by organic vegetable and herbs gardens.
