The Vegaflor Group has dedicated 26 years to the production and exportation of high quality fresh cut roses. We are located in one of the most fertile sectors of the Andean Region, in Cayambe and Otavalo. Our original business has grown from one single farm of 9 hectares to two different farms totaling today 27 hectares. Our brand is well known and appreciated all over the world in 40 different countries. Our roses are internationally recognized for their vibrant colors, large heads and long straight stems. We currently have over 88 varieties of roses in production. Vegaflor employs close to 300 people most of which are native to the surrounding towns and villages. Our privileged location has us right in the middle of more than 20 indigenous communities, including that of Pijal, the second oldest indigenous community in the country. We proudly sponsor religious events, help with school provisions and the building of roads near our neighboring communities. Our commitment is not only to those employees and their families but to our natural environment and good farming practices.
