Founded in 1997, Teleios delivers solutions on its two principal platforms, its MessageCentral Messaging platform and its QuikWorx Business Process Automation tools and platform. Each platform was built and is maintained and operated by Teleios. The MessageCentral platform provides a range of messaging services for mobile carriers in Trinidad and Tobago and Belize. It is also used by three regional banks operating in the Caribbean. QuikWorx leverages Microsoft’s SharePoint platform, and allows business process and domain experts to design, test and deploy automated workflows utilizing an easy to use drag and drop methodology. QuikWorx is available in an on premise version as well as in the cloud as an Office365 application service. The latter is marketed primarily to Microsoft Partners as a subscription service. Partners are then able to build QuikWorx hosed solutions for their clients on a subscription basis. This significantly reduces the time and cost of implementation by minimizing the need to engage software developers or specialized IT skills. Apart from its home market in Trinidad and Tobago, Teleios serves customers in the Caribbean region including Belize, Grenada, Guyana and Suriname across a variety of sectors including government, energy, retail, finance and telecommunications. Teleios is a member of the Microsoft Partner Network winning several awards. In 2010 Teleios won the Country Partner of the Year for Trinidad & Tobago. In 2014, we won a Global Microsoft YouthSpark Citizenship Award for our Teleios Code Jam programme which encourages young developers to create solutions that address issues faced in real world scenarios through collaborative software development. In 2016, Teleios received the Microsoft’s Partner of the Year Award in the Application Development category for Latin America and the Caribbean Region for our QuikWorx product.
