Management Consultants de Guatemala (MCG) an operations and supply chain company, based in Guatemala, which operates internationally and specialises in the analytical and technological integration of "END TO END" extraction, processing, mathematical modelling and visualisation of process data in real time, with the objective to create an analytical, cloud based platform to track and predict the dynamical behaviour of key enterprise processes, impacting the levels of productivity, efficiency in the use of resources, through-put, lead times and OEE (in production systems). The analytical processing of the data is deployed in management dashboards developed on a real-time architecture with high IT security standards, managed by roles and access, connected to power algorithms for data extraction of any source of information and databases, including ERP systems, SQL Data bases, etc. Our proprietary platform contains a BPM 2.0 infrastructure as well, that enables the possibility of designing complex sequences of actions and communications to operators and Management, in case of violation of pre-established objectives, process ceilings and/or measures coming from sensors along key processes in the field. Visual alarms in the Dashboards and alert messages through mails or SMS are created within a logic o operator “tickets”. The MCG Suite integrates 6 key modules and additional management tools. One of our key products, the “Net Working Capital Robot”, has been installed 80 times across many production sites across the globe (Spain, Mexico, Poland, China, etc.) and managed today more than 600 000 SKU´s in inventories in real time. Our Robot has been designed using Artificial Intelligence technology and is capable to adapt the algorithms to changing dynamical behaviours. Our technology is capable to integrate, Process of multi-production sites, allowing operators to compare and benchmark their performance across business and countries. We operate with our products in Mexico, Spain, Poland, Check Republic, Italy and China.
