Our aim is to provide a high quality translation service whilst avoiding social dumping that is so common in the service industry. Quality assured by specialization and more than 37 years' experience. Nearly 400 million words of English/Spanish translation delivered to agencies (36%) and direct clients (64%) covering 6,800 end users. All translators are native Spanish speakers, Sworn Public Translators who receive continuous professional developmental. The Integrated Translation Process – ITP® including DTP developed and used by Linguistic Services SA is certified by TÜV Rheinland Argentina S.A. as fulfilling the requirements of both ISO 9001:2008 and EN 15038:2006. Consistency both inter- and intra-job assured by the use of permanent, well trained professional staff organized in 6 departments (Bioscience, General, Legal, Finance, Technical and Support) combined with advanced Computer Assisted Tools such as Across, SDL/Trados, Transit, MemoQ and Wordfast Pro. Confidentiality assured by eliminating brokers and agencies and by not outsourcing to freelance workers using instead full time staff working solely on site with a Code of Ethics, Confidentiality Agreements, secure certified paper disposal, 24-hour IT security etc. Compliance with US Foreign Corrupt Practices Act & UK Bribery Act, local tax and social security regulations, on-site audits welcome. Reliability “five x nine” assured by a purpose built 6,500 ft2 facility designed and equipped for translation, including 135 KVa back-up generator, 5 on-line UPSs, double data lines with failover and load balancing, on-site server farm with daily backup and offsite storage.
