In 2007, we started the trade of Costa Rican Hybrid Papaya, and have been working since then. The high demand for this exclusive variety, made us grow our own papaya and exotics fruit plantation. Our entire farm is managed following the permaculture practices. Since 2009, we offset our CO2 emissions by participating in a Hevea reforestation program. Today we offer processed products like: Jams, Chutneys, Hot chili, Sirop under Cortesana® brand.
