BIOTECH CR GRM S. A. is a company dedicated to the crop protection area. It was founded in 2007, with Costa Rican capital, in the Business Incubation Center of the Institute of Technology of Costa Rica (ITCR). Since the beginning, the laboratory has provided small, medium and large agricultural producers a tool to understand in detail the problems that affect their crops, resulting in the establishment of effective and efficient control measures, improving their competitiveness and yields. This instrument is used by producers and distributors of agricultural products too, to evaluate the efficacy of their compounds, therefore they can offer farmers the best alternatives for an integrated pest management. Today the business has new and modern facilities located 5 minutes away of Ochomogo in Cartago, on the main road to Irazú Volcano. These include a laboratory, greenhouse and cold chamber. Biotech offers the following services: • Identification of plagas and diseases that affecting Crops. • Testing of residues of agrochemical products. • Biological efficacy In vitro and in vivo trials (greenhouse, cold rooms and Field) of agrochemicals and biological productos. • Analysis of pesticide residues and other compounds in soil samples and fruits, scammers Methodologies ISO 17025 Accredited a LABSER through our partner in Chile. Currently there are 144 gas molecules Accredited Chromatography, 146 by liquid chromatography, among others Specific Analysis. • Diagnostics Health and Environmental monitoring in greenhouses, containers and agroindustries. • Production of beneficial microorganisms.
