Description
Panama has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to partially finance the cost of the "Panama Digital" program. This International Public Tender (IPL), managed by the National Authority for Government Innovation, invites eligible bidders to submit bids for the procurement of specialized technological services.
Scope of the offer
- Service required: Hiring of a Help Desk (NOC) for the National Multiservice Network.
- Specialized support: Provision of after-hours care for services considered critical by the institution.
