Consulting Services To Provide SLA (Service Level Agreement) Advanced IT Support

Description

The Republic of Suriname, through the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, International Business, and International Cooperation, has requested financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Foreign Investment and Export Promotion Program. This consultancy aims to support the Suriname Investment and Trade Agency (SITA) in expanding and upgrading its information technology infrastructure. The goal is to establish a secure and scalable environment that ensures system growth, data protection, and high-quality IT support services.

Scope of services
- Infrastructure Management: Establishing and maintaining a secure, reliable, and scalable IT environment to support staff productivity and system growth.

- Data Systems: Managing software and data systems, including documentation, backup, recovery, and adherence to cyber security compliance.

- Technical Support: Providing timely and proactive IT support and maintenance services to minimize downtime and sustain continuous system performance.

- Duration: The estimated timeframe for the execution of these services is six (6) months.

Qualification requirements
- Proven Track Record: Demonstrated experience in IT Infrastructure & Planning, Software & Application Support, and Cyber Security.

- Project History: A comprehensive list of similar assignments executed during the last five (5) years.

- Expertise: Evidence of skills in providing a full range of IT support and service management.

- Shortlist: The selection will follow IDB procedures to include a minimum of five (5) and a maximum of eight (8) eligible firms.

- Legal Status: Provision of proof of legal status and country of incorporation.
