This Invitation for Bids is issued as a result of the General Procurement Notice published in Development Business, edition No. IDB-P2076674-12/2 of December 11, 2023.

The Plurinational State of Bolivia has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank to cover the costs of the Support Program for Vulnerable Populations Affected by Coronavirus II, and part of these funds will be allocated for payments under Loan Agreement: No. 5376/OC-BO-2.

The Republic of Ecuador has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank to cover the cost of the Support Program for the Reduction of Child Malnutrition in Ecuador, and proposes to use part of the funds from this financing to make payments under the contract for the "Acquisition and delivery of complementary educational-communicational material for use in education sessions, counseling sessions, and other citizen participation activities for the Ministry of Public Health, Phase I". Expanding the scope of the PN-L1143 program, focused on increasing the levels of learning and skills of students in the Panamanian public educational system in a way that is binding on the vulnerable migrant population and also the native population in host communities.
