The Government of the Republic of El Salvador has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank for the Rural Roads Program, and intends to use part of the funds for the construction and improvement of the USU14N Rural Road, in the section that connects the Usulután Bypass with the Santa Elena district, Department of Usulután.  Phase II.

The Government of Suriname has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to the design and construction of a Plant Health Diagnostic Laboratory and complementary infrastructure for the Ministry of Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Fisheries (LVV).

The Escuela Superior Politécnica del Litoral (ESPOL) has received a loan from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to finance the cost of the Program for Strengthening the Innovation Ecosystem of the Ecuadorian Coast (EC-L1261) and it is proposed to use part of these funds to make payments under the contract "Design, construction, equipment and EDGE certification of the building for research in agribusiness,  ESPOL (Gustavo Galindo Campus, Guayaquil)" (EC-L1261-P00064).

The Republic of Ecuador has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for the Provial 2 Rural Roads Program and intends to use part of these funds to execute the asphalting contract for the Puente Mataquí – Cabecera Parroquial de Chugá road, Pimampiro canton, Imbabura province.
