The Oriental Republic of Uruguay has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) for USD 90 million to partially cover the cost of the Program for the Development and Strengthening of Fiscal Management and Subnational Services (PDGS III), whose objective is to strengthen fiscal management and the execution of investments by departmental governments to improve citizen services.

The Plurinational State of Bolivia has signed Loan Agreement No. 5721/OC-BO with the Inter-American Development Bank to exclusively finance the implementation of the National Program for Technified Irrigation with a Watershed Approach I, under which this call is being issued.

The Ministry of Environment and Water, through the Coordination and Implementation Unit of the Program "More Investment for Irrigation – Mi Riego" (UCEP-MI RIEGO), is responsible for implementing Component 2, which refers to investment in technified irrigation projects, including the investment under this Program.

The Plurinational State of Bolivia has received financing from the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB) to finance the Rural Electrification Program III (PER III) and intends to use part of the funds from Loan Agreements No. 5801/OC-BO and 5802/KI-BO to make payments for the Acquisition of Cables and Conductors for Distribution Networks.  PER III Projects - Management 2025.

Within the framework of the Loan Agreement signed by the Government of the Plurinational State of Bolivia and the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), bids are invited for the supply of medical and laboratory equipment for the second-level hospitals "San Salvador de Ocurí" and "Madre Obrera de Llallagua", within the framework of the Program for the Improvement of Accessibility to Maternal and Neonatal Health Services in Bolivia.
