The objective of the consultancy is to evaluate compliance and understand the limitations that exist in the implementation of Law No. 369 “General Law of Older Persons” since the year of its promulgation, through the compilation of multisectoral and participatory information from the public and private institutions and organizations of older adults at the national level, which allows the formulation of a new regulatory proposal.
