I am currently the Chief Executive Officer for the National Works Agency, a position I have occupied for over 2 years.

I previously served the National Water Commission, Jamaica, for over 28 years in various capacities, from Senior Engineer through to President – the latter position for eleven (11) years.

Having left the NWC in December 2010, I served the Barbados Water Authority through an engagement with the Inter-American Development Bank.

I am a member of the Jamaica Institution of Engineers, Jamaica Institute of Management, as well as the Caribbean Water and Wastewater Association.

I am also the recipient of the Distinguished Alumni Award from the Dinthill Alumni Association (Ontario Chapter) and the award for Outstanding Contribution to the Development of the University from the University of Technology, Jamaica.
