Daniela Hernández Alvarez

Daniela Hernández is the Director and Co-founder of Earth & Life University, a pioneering institution in Latin America specializing in sustainability, innovation, and human development. She is currently leading the adoption of Artificial Intelligence in higher education to transform talent development across the region. Recognized by LinkedIn as a Top Voice in Sustainability and by Forbes Mexico as one of the “30 Most Sustainable Minds,” Daniela has supported 200+ leaders and 60 companies in building capabilities in sustainability, leadership, and organizational transformation. She is a columnist at Grupo Expansión and was selected by the U.S. Embassy as one of the 250 most influential social leaders in Latin America through the Young Leaders of the Americas Initiative. She is also a Climate Reality Leader and a Western Union Foundation Fellow by Watson Institute. With a degree in International Relations, a Master’s in Ecotechnologies and Sustainable Innovation, and currently pursuing a Doctorate in Neuroscience and Education, Daniela integrates sustainability, technological innovation, and neuroeducation to inspire and transform how we learn and lead.
