I am a Brazilian entrepreneur, executive, mentor, and speaker with over 17 years of experience building businesses and transforming ideas into solutions with real impact. Throughout my entrepreneurial journey, I have worked at the intersection of innovation, technology, sustainability, and financial services. I am the co-founder of Piipee, a Brazilian solution focused on water conservation and behavioral change that has received more than 35 national and international awards. My work in innovation led me to be recognized as an MIT Innovators Under 35 LATAM 2023 and as Visionary of the Year. Today, I am CEO and co-founder of iUPay, a Brazilian fintech focused on financial technology, data, and payment automation. Through our DDA infrastructure and APIs, we help companies integrate, automate, and simplify the management of bills and payment information within their own platforms, contributing to a more efficient financial ecosystem. Beyond building companies, I am passionate about strengthening the entrepreneurial ecosystem. I mentor startups and entrepreneurs, participate in innovation communities, and speak at events in Brazil and internationally, sharing my experiences in entrepreneurship, technology, leadership, and business development. I strongly believe in the power of connections, collaboration, and innovation to create opportunities and transform businesses. I am particularly committed to supporting women in entrepreneurship and encouraging more female leaders to build, innovate, and take their ideas to the world.
