Flávia Neves

Flávia Neves is Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of Ommed S.A., a Brazilian healthtech company building shared digital infrastructure for independent healthcare professionals — scheduling, telemedicine, prescriptions, and financial management in a single operating layer, with network support that lets a small practice scale like a large one. She brings more than 20 years of experience leading digital transformation across Latin America, and at Ommed is responsible for commercial and operational leadership, investor relations, and the company's Founding Members program. She is also Co-Founder and CEO of Mosaic.ai, an AI-powered people intelligence platform. Flávia completed executive education at Harvard Business School as a Santander scholarship recipient and holds credentials from FGV-EAESP.
