Karime Guillen

Karime Guillen Libien a Mexican entrepreneur, ecosystem builder, international speaker and pioneer in circular biotechnology. She is the Founder and CEO of Rearvora, Mexico’s first circular biotechnology hub, transforming organic waste into bioingredients, biomaterials and sustainable products while demonstrating how innovation can create environmental, social and economic value. Beyond building her own venture, Karime has dedicated her career to strengthening entrepreneurship ecosystems and creating opportunities for others to succeed. As President of Entrepreneurship and SMEs at CONCAEM, she has supported more than 120 entrepreneurs and business owners in formalizing, scaling and strengthening their ventures. She created Emprende CONCAEM, an initiative that for the first time brings together entrepreneurs, investors, universities, corporations, chambers of commerce, financial institutions and government stakeholders to create a more connected and supportive entrepreneurial ecosystem in Mexico. Through Ecos con Karime, she mentors entrepreneurs and organizations on purpose driven entrepreneurship, sustainability and circular economy, helping them build businesses that are both profitable and impactful. Her leadership has been recognized internationally through YLAI, One Young World, 3M LATAM’s 25 Women in Science, the Women That Build Rising Star Award, the State Youth Entrepreneurship Award and becoming the first woman in the Americas to win the Audi Hackathon Circular Economy.
