Fatima Paniagua

Marketing professional with experience in designing, coordinating, and implementing innovation, entrepreneurship, and business development programs in collaboration with international cooperation agencies, private sector organizations, financial institutions, and entrepreneurial ecosystem partners. Currently serving as Program Host at Impact Hub San Salvador, where I lead the operational coordination and technical follow-up of initiatives focused on entrepreneurship, innovation, financial inclusion, sustainability, tourism, and women's economic empowerment. My experience includes developing technical proposals, managing strategic partnerships, organizing corporate events and startup programs, facilitating entrepreneurial communities, and monitoring project implementation and impact. I have contributed to programs developed with organizations such as USAID, Climate-KIC, Swisscontact, Banco Promerica, and UN Women, supporting initiatives that strengthen SMEs, startups, and innovation ecosystems in El Salvador. My background combines marketing, project management, stakeholder engagement, user experience, and data-driven decision-making to create collaborative solutions with measurable social and economic impact.
