I am passionate about education and committed to providing opportunities to as many young people as possible in our region. After more than a decade in the hospitality sector and leading corporate and government events, a transformative experience with teenagers and professors from elite universities like Oxford, Stanford, and Yale changed my professional path. I decided to found Future Innovative Minds, now known as FIM+, with an academic formula that adapts to our region, convinced that education is the engine of progress in our society. I work with the vision of building a more inclusive, innovative, equitable Latin America. My approach aims to inspire and empower young people to reach their full potential, enabling them to create a real impact in their communities.
