I am a professional with a solid track record in agricultural operations and export management, with over 14 years of experience in the agribusiness sector. My career began as the Manager of two farms producing ornamental plants and coffee in San Cristóbal Verapaz, where I led a team of 100 employees from 2010 to 2017. In 2017, I took on the role of General Manager at a cocoa export company, where my focus was on optimizing the supply chain. We worked with small producer associations and later established our own collection center to have more control over production. My experience spans human and financial resource management to the implementation of growth strategies for the company, which allowed us to position the company competitively in the international market from 2017 to 2024. My education and professional practice have equipped me with skills in leadership, strategic decision-making, and managing operations in highly dynamic and demanding sectors, always with a focus on continuous improvement and excellence in service.
