I am a journalist specialized in Brazilian cuisine, with training in international cuisine, researcher of indigenous and Amazonian food culture, president of the Science and Cooking World group in Brazil; producer and curator of international gastronomic events; speaker on indigenous food culture of the Amazon people and new ingredients. I am the producer and curator of the International Amazon Gastronomy Fair-FIGA, which connects producers, food companies and gastronomy professionals from the Brazilian and international Amazon, which has been taking place in Manaus since 2015 in odd years. And I am president in Brazil of the world science and cooking congress that takes place annually with 30 countries at the University of Barcelona.
